Turn Around time is 12+ Months.
Express services are available for an additional cost
Turn around time begins once the birds are brought into the shop and all client information is received.
Client will be contacted before birds are scheduled to be mounted, leaving no need for clients to call/email regarding completion time.
We strive to honor the turn around time we quote; we are just as eager to be paid for our services as the client is to pick up their mounted trophy.
Policies:
Deposits are required at drop off.
- Upland Birds Require a $100 deposit.
- Ducks require a $100 deposit.
- Geese require a $100 deposit.
Rocky Mountain Bird Works is NOT responsible for Losses due to Fire, Theft, Loss in Transit, Power Failure, or any natural disaster. ALL “Invoiced” birds require a per bird deposit upon arrival at the studio. ANY bird left 30 days without a deposit placed upon it will be disposed of without notification. You will be notified by phone or Email when your bird is scheduled to be mounted, The BALANCE is DUE at that request. UNLESS other payment arrangements are made at that time you have 30 days to remit the balance. Most mounts are ready for pick up/delivery 30-45 days after your balance payment is received. ANY bird with an unpaid balance after 30 days is considered abandoned, at this time the deposit is forfeited and the bird is disposed of. Sorry, NO EXCEPTIONS, and is ENFORCED. I take the privilege of mounting your bird seriously. PLEASE take my deposit/payment procedure seriously.
If under the circumstance a bird, though natural causes or harvest damage, cannot be mounted the client will receive a full refund of the deposit.
